Shin tight is made to be tight fitting. In order to be effective, it must bind the calf muscle tightly. Although Shin tight may appear to be too small, it will stretch to over twice its size.
Putting Shin tight on:
Place Shin tight over the foot and pull it up to just below the knee. Roll it down to the ankle. Place shin pad on the shin and pull Shin tight up the pad to just below the knee. Ensure that the white elastic band is below the crease at the back of the leg and that it lies flat around the leg (i.e. not wrinkled).
